On April 6, Liu Hualong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Poly Group, Liu Juncai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and their delegation, visited China Haisum for survey purposes. They held discussions and exchanges with some of China Haisum's leadership team and department heads, and listened to their work reports.
Before the meeting, Liu Hualong and his delegation visited the China Haisum Brand Exhibition Hall and the "EIM Digital Innovation Center", where they gained a detailed understanding of China Haisum's historical development, core businesses, engineering cases, Party-building work, and digital transformation.
Zhao Guoang, Deputy General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, presided over a discussion and reported on the key work related to development and reforms in recent years.
After listening to the reports, Liu Hualong fully recognized China Haisum's achievements in production, operation, reform, and development in recent years, and expressed three expectations and requirements for China Haisum's future development.
The first is to accelerate the integration into the new development paradigm. Starting from the Company itself, we should identify the position and coordinates for building a new development paradigm and promoting high-quality development, focus on the new philosophy of innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development, and contemplate the construction of a future-oriented development strategy and comprehensive measures.
The second is to seize key areas to achieve new breakthroughs. We should concentrate on enhancing core competitiveness by exploring and breaking through in areas such as scientific and technological innovation, management innovation and transformation, improvement and optimization of systems and mechanisms, cultural development, and Party-building. It is essential to effectively address prominent issues, further improve efficiency and effectiveness, and consolidate positive development momentum.
The third is to coordinate efforts to accelerate high-quality development. We should embrace innovation-driven approaches to achieve qualitative changes by further strengthening goal-oriented leadership, deepening system construction, and optimizing the innovation ecosystem. We should improve our management to achieve iterative changes by pursuing excellence and superiority towards long-term goals, seeking depth and practicality for craftsmanship, and pursuing novelty and change to be at the forefront. We should deeply cultivate the market to achieve leapfrog development by adapting to circumstances and adeptly identifying changes, acting according to the situation and courageously seeking changes, and going with the flow and adeptly responding to those changes. We should prioritize practical results to achieve transformative changes by continuously strengthening Party building, improving work ethics, and enhancing risk prevention and control. We should accumulate momentum to achieve fusion by activating reforms, attracting talent, adjusting structures, and delving deep into our endeavors.
