On September 8, the opening ceremony of the Second-session Compound Talent Training Camp of China Haisum "Program for Sailing Far" was held in Shanghai. Zhao Guoang, Deputy General Manager of Poly Sinolight and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Haisum”), attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Zhang Zhi, Vice President of China Haisum, introduced the class-opening. Li Xinrong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Lifelong Education College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, was invited to attend the ceremony of opening the Camp. Relevant personnel from the Human Resources Management Center of, and the Brand and Marketing Center of China Haisum, and those from the Lifelong Education College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, along with 86 students, witnessed the moment of opening the Camp.
01 Unveiling the Plaque and Embarking on the Journey
In his speech, Li Xinrong reviewed the cooperative friendship between Shanghai Jiao Tong University and China Haisum, and introduced the accomplishments of the alumni and educational philosophy. He kindly urged the trainees to strive to excel at what they learn and achieve personal growth.
In his class-opening mobilization speech, Zhao Guoang sincerely thanked Shanghai Jiao Tong University for its strong support, and encouraged the trainees to cherish the learning opportunity and transform the training results into a strong driving force for the Company's development.
Zhao Guoang gave the first lecture for opening the class. He provided a detailed introduction to the strategy, organization and culture of China Haisum from the perspectives of the Company's core value system, development goals and strategic steps, organizational change, and management model; analyzed how to promote high-quality development from the perspectives of the Company's business and target market, scale goals and scale advantages, and brand building; and with the ideas of "putting people first, sailing far with new vitality, and lighting up the road to future", called on the trainees to meet the needs of the times, understand objective laws, explore growth paths, ultimately achieve self-improvement, and grow together with the organization.
02 Ice-breaking acquaintance
Before the class started, 86 trainees from various business entities gathered in Shanghai, and through a series of "ice-breaking" activities, they quickly adapted to their new roles and got ready.
03 Training for New Journey
Through internal sharing lectures and external mentors’ macro analysis, key customer strategy sales, engineering project process control, goal management, high-performance team building and other professional courses, the five-day Second-session Compound Talent Training Camp made intensive effort to enhance the marketing thinking and business awareness of key personnel in production operations and technical management, and spared to build "a stronger contingent of marketing personnel" of China Haisum.
